This hotel was cozy base for exploring Philadelphia, really enjoyed it. Moreover, there is a parking on site.

We do recommend this hotel to friends. Friendly staff and the room was very clean, memorable experience. Just a 20-minute stroll to the center. The lounge bar was a delightful surprise.
Not obvious to find.

Very good location, comfortable bed. Not to mention Wi-Fi that was a bonus. Would come here again.

I had two stays in the same week. The first was great -- good room, excellent service at the reception; second was not great at all: awful room, lackluster service at reception. Great or even good hotels are able to maintain and offer a stable quality of service during a single week. This was not the case
The first visit was impressive: reception staff were courteous, extended an important courtesy to me when it was clear I was there for a hospital visit
The second visit was the opposite. Despite the fact that I had returned for another hospital visit within the same week, I was given a noisy corridor room that smelled musty and had little to recommend it. The up-and-down quality was an unpleasant surprise.

Very comfortable, roomy and good toiletries.
No free WiFi! We stayed in 4 hotels during an east coast trip - yours was the only one that did not offer free in-room internet. With how heavily most I rely on the internet for directions, reservations, etc. this was a deal-breaker.

Good value, nice area with lots of restaurants, close to historic sites. Hotel is pretty basic Sheraton (no minibar, no safe, no luxuries), but clean, efficient. Parking is very expensive ($ 30 per day).

Enjoyed out trip to Philadelphia. Meet up with friends and family. My husband found the bed made poorly. Sheets not center and cover up with the comforter.

Lovely hotel, great staff, clean, great location.
Lobby was quite noisy at night which spilled over into my room. I could hear everyone talking loudly and yelling, but as soon as I shut the inner door to my room (just past the bathroom) it was quiet. Room service rates for breakfast were ridiculously high.

Liked having a starbucks. The bar layout for sitting at the bar was very good and the barman excellent - made it a great place to have a pre dinner drink. In excellent location for the sites of Philadelphia. Very pleased.
The air conditioning unit was very loud - and made sleep very difficult - but then I am British and am not used to having this machinery going all night! But it was very hot, so glad we had it

I liked the room, location, and swimming pool.
I made a change on booking . com to upgrade my room, This was not transfered in their system. I asked her if we still could have the breakfast buffet in the morning even we did not get this with the first booking, I upgraded for the breakfast. We had to gi the the hyatt to have breakfast. Unfortiantly they were very busy. So we had to go into the city to have breakfast. So for service this hotel failed everything.

The location was good, the staff friendly, and the facilities fine. A very comfortable hotel.
While there was internet access from the lobby, there was no internet/wi fi access from the room which seems a little bit out of step in these days of laptops & iphones.

Lovely setting, pet friendly and excellent customer service. Loved it. Had a King size bed beckoning us to stay longer and the area around hotel was quaint, historic and safe feeling (although, still be cautious in any place!). We had a Christmas party to attend, and had no problem getting a cab. Our 3 dogs stayed in hotel room and just absolutely had no issues.

I liked the privacy though the hotel was full.
There was not a refrigerator in the room and the ice bucket was undersized. The wedding guests in the lobby were too loud, they should be contained in a private area. The valet service did not retrieve my car in 15 minute time slot. It took took 35 minutes and I had to ask for my car twice.
